Therapy is...

I work with people the way I want a therapist to treat me: with enthusiasm, accessibility, curiosity, compassion, insight and creative interventions.

I get how important it is for a therapist to have a broad array of life experiences to understand the uniqueness of each person.

People often come to therapy wrestling with seemingly intractable problems and I believe that we can harness the power of courage and compassion to face the obstacles that impede your growth.

As a lifelong athlete I understand how progressions work in physical fitness and they also work in mental health. You don’t have to be a professional athlete to benefit from an athlete’s mentality.

My style is interactive in the sense that you don’t get a “blank canvas.” You’re going to get a person who will help you safely explore who you are and you get immediate compassionate feedback that helps you overcome what’s holding you back.

The kind of psychological fitness we’ll work on from an evidence based perspective helps you heal from the deepest traumas.

When you’re healed you’ll be ready to go after the job you’ve always wanted, the partner that you deserve and financial stability to ensure you live a life that is filled with purpose and meaning.

I bring over ten years of directly working with people from a vast array of backgrounds from film directors to homeless folks.

I have seen people struggle with addiction and hopelessness. My belief was and still remains that every person is capable of redemption.

Every person if they are willing to put in the work of going within can heal and find meaningful loving relationships and a powerful purpose.

I have learned from both traditional therapists and coaches and I blend a mix of traditional wisdom with the more enthusiastic solution focused nature of coaching.

You deserve more than just a therapist, but someone who lives to go further with you. I encourage my clients to take big risks and I’m living life pushing my edges as well.

I believe that if you want radical change, it’s best to have a therapist who is willing to be grow with you.
